Chapter 1: Adding timing events manually

Timing events can be added manually. This require that that you follow these steps first:

Go to Setup → Resources and select the vessel you want to add timing events for. Then tick the Vessel Timing checkbox.

To add a timing event, go to Logging → Vessel Timing.

After selecting Vessel and Date, hit the Click to add entry button.

Then select the timing category using the drop-down menus.

The timing entry will be visible on the right-hand side.

You can now complete the timing event fields on the left-hand side.

Chapter 2: Adding timing events automatically from production log

For certain production log types Timing events can be automatically generated.

After populating your Production logs for a given day, go to Logging → Vessel Timing area.

Click the cog wheel and choose what you would like to generate. 

This process requires Project Manager to know a mapping from production categories to timing categories.
